ArcelorMittal Monterrey, manufactures precision welded tubular products that satisfy the most demanding applications of the North American automotive industry, as well as other demanding industries. 
The facility located in Escobedo, N.L. México, started operations on November 2001. Since the start up the facility offers a wide range of superior quality tubular steel products, state of the art facilities, exceptional support services, and the commitment to the best quality and service. It is a certified ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 14001:2004 facility.
We provide a competitive cost structure, products that are differentiated in properties and characteristics, a solid financial structure, and a high performance organization oriented to obtaining results and providing timely responses to the market.
ArcelorMittal Monterrey is a world class manufacturing facility focused in supporting the automotive industry needs, as well as other markets requiring high-quality tubing.
Our primary processes include welded tube fabrication, slitting & toll services and steel sales distribution into Mexico.
Tubular Products

• The business is a North American leader in the supply of tubing for demanding hydroformed and other high-value added automotive applications such as propshafts and axles, furniture, fixtures, distribution market as well as supplying to many other applications.

• Sizes range from 12.7mm (.500") to 165.1mm (6.5") in variety of thickness and length combinations.

• We are a supplier of round, square, rectangular, and elliptical welded tubes, and are capable of other special shapes.

• The facility has state of the art cutting equipment for cut-to-length requirements with tight tolerances.

• At Mexico, we manufacture tubing using a variety of materials and finishes including low carbon and higher strength grades, including Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS) all available with various industry steel coatings.

Also in our Monterrey facility besides the slitting services we offer the direct steel sales in Mexico, performing the logistical solution including, importation, storage and distribution services in a JIT environment.
